Saucon Voice is a collaboration among members of the Saucon Valley Community. It is an all-volunteer collaboration of community residents. Saucon Voice articles are submitted by independent citizens hoping to bring a different, commonsense perspective to local events and news impacting our local community. Most of our pieces are sourced from publicly available meeting minutes, recordings, and other available public documentation. No elected public office holders, Lower Saucon Township employees, or Hellertown Borough employees have any ownership, oversight, or editorial control.

Just as it is nationally, the local partisan divide is ever widening, and social media and local news media are too often characterized by a dominant narrative which at best deepens that divide. To that end, we also seek to offer a sober and mainstream alternative to such narratives, one that accounts for under-reported fact patterns and other considerations. We hope you find our content well-reasoned and thought-provoking. We believe you can be trusted with information and form your own opinions.
